**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The role focuses on sourcing and acquiring new clients for our wide range of services, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the company’s growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Acquisition**:Identify, approach, and secure new clients for construction, elevation, interior design, fire & safety, STP, and ETP projects.
**Lead Generation**:Research and build a robust pipeline of potential clients through networking, cold calling, digital outreach, and market analysis.
**Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
**Presentations & Proposals**: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and project proposals to prospective clients.
**Market Analysis**: Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for new business.
**Collaboration**: Work closely with the technical and project teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
**Sales Reporting**:Maintain records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward sales targets.
**Requirements**:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction, interior design, or related industries.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand technical aspects of construction, STP/ETP projects, and fire & safety solutions.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
