- Ensure proper use and maintenance of medical equipment.
- Educate patients and families on health care needs and post-discharge care.
- Participate in audits, quality improvement programs, and training sessions.
- Adhere to hospital policies, ethical standards, and confidentiality protocols.
- Ensure proper handover during shift change.
