**Job Title**: Inventory Assistant

**Location**: Sion, Mumbai

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Assistant to join our team. The Inventory Assistant will be responsible for assisting with the management of inventory levels, ensuring accuracy in stock records, and supporting the overall efficiency of our operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Utilize barcoding technology to accurately label and track inventory items throughout the warehouse and distribution process.
- Maintain and update inventory records in the ERP system, with a focus on accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in the implementation and optimization of barcoding and ERP systems, to enhance inventory management capabilities.
- Perform regular audits and reconciliations of inventory data to identify discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
- Generate and analyze reports from the ERP system to monitor inventory levels, track trends, and support decision-making.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including purchasing, warehouse, and logistics, to ensure seamless integration of barcoding and ERP systems

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience in inventory management
- Ability to operate basic equipment such as barcode scanners and printers.
- Availability to work weekends (Mondays will be off).
- Intermediate proficiency in English, and fluent Hindi.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with teams.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability
