**ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Strategy Development**: Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing goals, target audience, in line with the budget.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage social media profiles and accounts, including content creation, posting schedules, community engagement, and performance tracking.
- **SEO and SEM**: Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic to the website. Manage paid search campaigns to maximize ROI and visibility.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics using various analytics tools. Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
- **Conversion Optimization**: Continuously optimize digital marketing efforts to improve conversion rates, user experience, and overall campaign performance.
- **Stay Updated**: Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and incorporate them into strategies and tactics.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, design, and product development, to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.
- **Accountability**:Being accountable for owning, leading & executing both the external and internal marketing communication strategy for the organisation.
- **Relationship Building & Stakeholder management**:Strengthen existing relationships and build new relationships with top media outlets to keep the PR and communication engine going. Provide communication support with regards to participation in various industry events. Integrate and work closely with the internal stakeholders and agency’s team to build & implement strategic digital plans.

**Experience**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree or certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
- Proven experience of minimum 6 - 10 years in digital marketing roles, with a track record of successfully executing digital campaigns and driving measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create engaging content and effectively communicate ideas.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends etc.
- Sound knowledge of websites, designing platforms, social media platforms, content writing and proof reading. MS Office; should be proficient in Excel, MS Word & PowerPoint.

As a Digital Marketing Expert, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads or sales across various online channels. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives and leverage digital platforms to maximize brand visibility and engagement.

You will lead and develop a high-performing team of graphic designer and digital marketing executives whilst collaborating with the digital marketing agency supporting them to make an impact that matters and setting the direction to deliver exceptional marketing strategies. You will also be responsible for liaising with our business heads based at pan India, maintaining Netrika’s online presence by working on various marketing campaigns. Further researching, strategizing with other professionals to achieve digital marketing goals of the organization.
