We're a D2C brand working in fast fashion industry in footwears (loox.in). We're looking for a seasoned Performance Marketing Expert to join our team, specifically someone with experience in the D2C brand space and expertise in Meta and Google Ads. If you're passionate about driving growth through data-driven marketing strategies, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Meta and Google Ads platforms to drive sales, revenue, and brand awareness for our D2C brand.
- Manage and optimize campaigns to achieve business objectives, including budget allocation, bidding strategies, and ad creative development.
- Analyze campaign performance using data insights and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI and campaign efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Manage and optimize product listings on ecommerce marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra.
- Develop strategies to improve product visibility, sales, and customer engagement on these platforms.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, specifically in the D2C brand space.
- Proven track record of driving growth and revenue through performance marketing campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working with ecommerce marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce marketing strategies and best practices.

Nice to Have:

- Certification in Google Ads and/or Meta Ads.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and platforms.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
