**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition & Sales Growth**: Identify, approach, and convert potential clients to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- **Lead Generation & Follow-up**: Generate leads via networking, cold calling, and referrals. Follow up with potential clients to nurture and close sales.
- **Product Presentations & Demos**: Conduct effective product presentations and demonstrations, tailoring the approach to client needs and technical proficiency.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and act as the main point of contact for all client needs.
- **Market Analysis**: Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and potential client needs to effectively position our offerings.
- **Reporting**: Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, revenue forecasts, and client interactions.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 1-2 years in IT sales, field sales, or B2B sales. Experience in the IT industry is preferred.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage clients and convey technical concepts effectively.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Basic understanding of IT products and solutions, such as software, hardware, and cloud services.
- **Availability to Travel**: Willingness to travel within assigned regions as required.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with CRM software to track and manage sales activities.
- Ability to understand and address client needs, proposing tailored solutions.
- Familiarity with a consultative sales approach.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
