**We are hiring for Personal Assistant**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize appointments.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, copying, and data entry.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external contacts.
- Run personal errands as required (if applicable).
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Track expenses and handle reimbursements or petty cash as needed.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the executive’s office.
**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and a proactive approach.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
