Clearing Associate

**What You'll Do**:
Break Management
- Monitor daily break jobs ensuring breaks jobs run completely and timely
- Troubleshoot breaks that don't run or run with errors / missing data
- Complete initial pass of break output
- Monitor break resolution and follow-up with the Global Clearing team on unresolved / aged breaks
Assist with daily and ad hoc Clearing tasks
- Daily corporate actions processing
- Daily monitoring of recalls
- Bi-weekly session usage checks
- Monthly regulatory reporting
- Quarterly exchange session audits
- Other duties as assigned or needed
**Skills You'll need**:
- At least 2 years work experience preferred in a related capacity
- Experience and/or familiarity with trade/position break management
- Familiarity with post-trade lifecycles of Equities, Treasuries, Futures, FX and/or Options
- Excellent organizational and communication (written and verbal) skills
- Proven ability to maintain composure during fast-paced situations
- Experience working with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-look ups)
- A strong attention to detail and desire to maintain accuracy while processing large volumes of data under strict time constraints
- Minimum of Bachelors' degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related fields
- Reliable and predictable availability
