**Job Title**: Plant Supervisor - Agricultural Implements Manufacturing
**Location**: Karnal Ramba
**Department**: Production / Manufacturing
**Reporting To**: Plant Manager / MD

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Daily supervision of plant operations related to fabrication, machining, heat treatment, and assembly.
- Monitor production schedules and coordinate with planning and procurement teams.
- Ensure quality control procedures are followed as per ISO/industry standards.
- Supervise workers on shop floor - welders, machine operators, fitters, etc.
- Minimize downtime by ensuring preventive maintenance of machinery.
- Maintain raw material stock (MS plates, boron steel, etc.) and tools inventory.
- Coordinate with design/engineering teams for any technical updates or process improvements.
- Train and guide production team on new processes or machinery.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free workplace.
- Daily reporting of production output, material consumption, and manpower utilization to management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
