Job Title: Plant Supervisor

Education: 12th Pass / ITI / Diploma (preferred)

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage plant workers and labor teams on a daily basis.
- Maintain attendance, work logs, and material movement records.
- Ensure proper execution of plant processes and adherence to safety protocols.
- Coordinate with the plant manager and other departments for smooth workflow.
- Maintain discipline and ensure timely task completion by all staff.
- Report daily activities and updates to senior management.

Skills Required:

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Basic record-keeping and documentation knowledge.
- Ability to handle on-ground challenges and motivate workers.
- Prior experience in a plant/factory environment as a supervisor.
- Basic knowledge of computers (preferred).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹29,711.31 per month
