**Position Summary**

We are seeking an experienced **CNC Operator** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC equipment to produce precision parts in accordance with production requirements. This position involves reading and interpreting blueprints, ensuring quality and accuracy, and troubleshooting minor issues that may arise on the production floor.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Machine Setup and Operation**:

- Configure and set up CNC machines (milling, turning, or other specialized CNC equipment).
- Load materials and inputs for jobs according to production specifications.
- **Blueprint Reading and Programming**:

- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders.
- Adjust machine programs (when required) to achieve optimal production results.
- **Quality Control**:

- Monitor and verify machining processes, making sure speed, feed rates, and coolant flow are correct.
- Use measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) to ensure parts meet required tolerances.
- Conduct in-process inspections and record production data in logs or QA documents.
- **Troubleshooting and Maintenance**:

- Identify and resolve minor mechanical or production errors during operations.
- Coordinate with maintenance for larger repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times, keeping the workstation clean and well-organized.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to optimize machining techniques.
- Recommend improvements for tooling, workflows, or operational efficiencies.
- **Documentation and Record-Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate documentation of daily output and quality inspections.
- Report machine performance issues to supervisors for timely action.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- **Education**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Technical certifications or a degree in Machining, Manufacturing Technology, or related field is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- years of experience operating CNC machines, including mills or lathes.
- Knowledge of CNC programming (G-code, M-code) preferred.
- Familiarity with reading blueprints and using measuring instruments.
- **Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.
- Solid troubleshooting abilities and mechanical aptitude.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,406.53 per month
