- **Counselling and Guidance**:

- Engage with prospective students and parents to provide detailed information about courses, programs, and admission procedures.
- Assist in resolving queries related to admissions, fees, and eligibility criteria.
- **Lead Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of leads and communication in the CRM system.
- **Admission Process Management**:

- Coordinate with the admission team for seat allocation and other procedures.
- **Promotional Activities**:

- Participate in school/college fairs, open houses, and other promotional events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement campaigns aimed at increasing enrollment.
- **Reporting**:

- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on admissions, leads, and conversion rates.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Requirement**: Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred in marketing, communication, or education).
