REQUIRED FOR BACKEND INTEGRATION AND MAINTENANCE.

Role Description
This full-time on-site role is located in Kolkata metropolitan area and seeks a CRM Specialist for TMTI Global Services. The essential job responsibilities include the ongoing management of our CRM (customer relationship management) system to ensure performance, efficiency, and an overall increase in customer satisfaction. The CRM Specialist will work across different teams to configure the system, design workflows, and manage the reporting. Additionally, the role is responsible for data management and analysis to support business decision-making.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 2 years of relevant experience in CRM management, preferably with Salesforce/ ZOHO/ APEX, LINKEDIN SALES NAVIGATOR/ EMAIL MARKETING/ LEADS IMPORT EXPORT
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, and demonstrated ability to use data to drive decision-making
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Strong experience in project management and ability to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget
Ability to work effectively in a team and Individual environment and across functional groups with diverse personalities and work styles
Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
