**Performance Marketing Intern**

**Martech Simplified** is a full-service marketing agency looking for a bright and enthusiastic **Performance Marketing Intern** to join our growing team. In this role, you will gain valuable experience working alongside experienced professionals on a variety of client accounts. You'll play a key role in supporting all aspects of paid advertising campaigns, from research and strategy to execution and optimization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting for paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Social Ads, etc.)
- Support the creation and implementation of paid advertising campaigns across various platforms
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and recommend optimizations for improved results
- Generate reports and presentations to communicate campaign performance to clients and internal teams
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing
- Assist with other marketing tasks as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in marketing, advertising, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decision-making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with basic PPC (pay-per-click) advertising concepts a plus
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly motivated and eager to learn
