- Roll out the welcome mat with a smooth onboarding process, preparing offers, contracts, and a warm welcome to Martech Simplified
- **Documentation & Compliance Rockstar**:

- Keep our records sharp, organized, and always up-to-date.
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations with an eagle eye.
- Help us stay ahead with neat, easily accessible databases and files.
- **Employee Engagement Guru**:

- Bring the fun Help plan and coordinate virtual events, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
- Conduct engagement surveys and gather feedback to fuel our workplace magic.
- Be the go-to for employee queries and contribute to a connected, motivated team.
- **HR Extraordinaire**:

- Assist with drafting job descriptions, updating policies, and supporting HR projects.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Passion for HR** - You’re pursuing (or have recently completed) studies in Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
