Experience: 5+ years as Database Administrator

**Skills**:**Must Have**:

- 4+ years of experience with relational databases i.e., PostgreSQL
- 2+ years of experience with writing complex SQL queries on JSONB column
- 2+ years of experience with writing complex SQL queries using JOINS
- 2+ years of experience troubleshooting and debugging
- 2+ years of problem-solving skills
- 4 years as DBA with understanding of Wal, partitions, vacuum, database logging, user management with roles and rights
- 1+ years of experience in database backups and restoration and data recovery
- 1+ years of experience in Stackgres (Kubernetes) implementation for PostgreSQL including backups and recovery and high availability
- 1+ years of experience on performance tuning and indexing (with concurrency)

**Good to Have**:

- Sound experience (1+ years) on MySQL and its master slave setup and administration.
- Understanding of rules and regulations associated with data in secure environments
- Experience planning development efforts and estimating time/resource requirements
- Knowledge in developing and designing databases and data models
- Understanding of operating systems and system administration concepts

**Nice to **have.**:

- Experience on database level encryption.
- Willing to contribute for development using the expertise in database
