**About this Team**:
Provide open systems and enterprise Storage Administration and Support functions to ensure customers realize optimum system performance and availability. Experience with enterprise class storage technologies, Experience in Service-Now or similar Ticketing tool and willing to work in 24x7 Operations. Automation knowledge is a plus.

**What you will be doing**:

- Data migration, storage allocation, connectivity, and storage reporting requests.
- Create, remove, and expand file systems and volumes.
- Provides SAN switch / director monitoring, configuration, and support.
- Works with senior peers to develop change management procedures.
- Creates and maintains documentation.
- Creates investment proposals and presents concepts during team meetings.
- Provides assistance with system solution design.
- This opening requires to be working in Fixed Shifts, flexible with 24/7 Environment.
- Other related duties assigned as needed.

**What you bring**:

- Effective fluent communication and team skills with an ability to cooperate present to and participate with peers/team members
- Advanced knowledge of storage arrays, SAN fabrics, and Virtualization
- DELL EMC, PURE, HPE 3PAR, Cisco/Brocade Fabric as Primary skillset.
- IBM SVC, XIV, EMC VPLEX, Virtualization products as Secondary skillset.
- Basic knowledge of operating systems and systems administration concepts Windows, Unix, Linux, and VMWare systems.
- Knowledge and experience with data replication concepts and tools.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new concepts and technologies as well as a personal commitment to stay current with latest technology concepts
- Good problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills

**Storage Administrator SAN - 1 Open Position**
- Experience with enterprise class storage technologies.
- Experience in Service-Now or similar Ticketing tool
- Experience with 24x7 Operations.
- Primary Skill: SAN - EMC VMAX, PURE, HPE 3PAR, Cisco/Brocade Fabric
- Secondary Skill: NAS, Windows, AIX, Linux, VMWare
- 7+ Yrs. Experience with extensive Hands-On and CLI
- Fixed Shift (morning/afternoon/night) that includes Weekend Shift
