We are looking for a talented& experienced **UI/UX Designer** to join our team with strong foundation in user interface and user experience design, with expertise in **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.** You will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually compelling interfaces & your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, creating wireframes and prototypes, and ensuring a seamless user experience across our platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **User Research**: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and understand user needs and behaviors.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketing, to gather requirements and deliver cohesive design solutions.
- **Feedback**: Incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders to iterate and refine designs.
- **Trends**: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our designs are modern and innovative.
- **Documentation**: Maintain design documentation and guidelines to ensure consistency across all product interfaces.

**Qualifications**:

- **Proven experience (2+ years)** as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in design tools such as **Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma**, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and responsive design.
- Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences.
