**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Develop high-fidelity mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate design ideas and concepts.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Ensure designs are consistent with the company’s branding guidelines and visual identity.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX design trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Present design concepts and deliverables to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

**Qualifications / Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about user interactions and workflows.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
- Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.
- Understanding of front-end development frameworks and tools.
- Ability to create animations and interactive prototypes.
