**Role Summary**:
We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer with a strong understanding of website user behavior to join our dynamic department. You will play a key role in crafting compelling user experiences across various marketing channels, specifically focused on driving user acquisition and engagement for Vyapar app.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop user interfaces (UI) for Vyapar's website and marketing materials (banners, landing pages etc.)
- Collaborate with the SEO team to translate user research and data insights into effective design solutions.
- Optimize user experience (UX) with a focus on conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest UI/UX design trends and best practices.

**Desired Skill & Requirements**:

- Proven track record of designing user-centric experiences for web and marketing materials.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Solid knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A passion for design and a strong desire to create a positive user experience.

**Experience**:

- 2-3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or a similar role

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
