**Job Description**:
We are seeking a creative and experienced UI/UX Designer having expertise in the field of Mobile Apps and Web platforms to join our dynamic team at Frigus Technologies Pvt Ltd in Bangalore. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for crafting visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces for our software products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate user needs into engaging design concepts.

**Responsibilities**:
Job Responsibilities for UI/UX Designer:
1. Expertise in Mobile App and Web Designing:

- Ensure seamless user experience across various devices and screen sizes.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and best practices in mobile and web design.

2. Content Creation:

- Develop visually appealing graphics, including logos, icons, and other graphic content.
- Create compelling visual elements to enhance user experience and brand identity.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and visual assets.

3. Communication Skills:

- Effectively communicate design concepts, ideas, and solutions to cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and iterate on designs.
- Present design proposals and recommendations to clients or stakeholders in a clear and persuasive manner.

4. Experience:

- Possess more than 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile app and web design projects.
- Demonstrate a track record of delivering high-quality designs that meet user needs and business objectives.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Further capabilities
- 1. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand user requirements and business goals.

3. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts and gather feedback.

4. Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate designs based on user feedback.

5. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design to continuously improve our products.

6. Work closely with development teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design projects.

3. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software.

4. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.

6. Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.

7. Knowledge of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is desirable but not required.

8. Minimum 3 years of experience in this domain and field.
