**Role Job Description**
- Floating enquired to vendors & follow-up for quotations.
- Develop vendor for supply of all types Engineering material, material standard and non-standard material.
- Evaluate vendor & Collect Registration Documents from for New Supplier.
- Taking quotation from vendor as per our requirement and make comparison statement for technical and commercial Evolution and send to commercial Dept.
- Preparing RFQ and forwarding it to relevant suppliers/agents to obtain quotations.
- Negotiation of Vendor quotation.
- Taking good payment terms, Quality, Brand, qty as per our requirement from vendor.
- If required visit to vendors workplace for inspecting the material.
- Release purchase order to vendor and take follow-up.
- Follow up for vendor material availability, procurement, collect material from vendor & Transport arrangement.
- Follow up for material delivery on site with Callan, bill, away bill.
- Callan, Supplier invoice checking with proper data and entry in our software daily.
- Follow up for man days, project team, making report and co-ordination.
- Engineering change management to supplier.
