Purchase Executive

Main role of a purchase executive will be to raise timely purchase orders and track the end to end cycle of buying, right from raising purchase orders to delivery at the warehouse. Post the goods delivery management from inwards of goods to clearance of invoices and any form of Return to Vendor procedures.
- Vendor Management: Current vendor management in day to day operations

Inventory Management:

- Follow up with vendors on their stock availability and supply chain
- Raising Purchase Orders for vendors
- Follow up for stock dispatches and fill rates.
- Clearing issues of ON Holds ( at the time of inwards)

Managing Vendor Accounts:

- Coordinating with accounts team and clearing invoices for payments
- Raising Purchase Orders for vendors
- Follow up for stock dispatches and fill rates.

Damage stock returns
- Regular RTVs of vendors

**Salary**: ₹15,875.81 - ₹20,194.79 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (preferred)
- Inventory management: 1 year (preferred)
- Vendor management: 1 year (preferred)
- Sourcing: 1 year (preferred)
