Leading Security Architecture portfolio and Innovation led growth for cyber security
- services. Serve as Security Architecture Advisory Lead and point of contact (Reporting to Global Head - Cyber Advisory)
- The P& L will carry annual Security Architecture Revenues, Sales and profit margin targets that will be established every year with the Global Cybersecurity Advisory Head
- Formulate strategic direction and drive execution to deliver overall business growth for Security Architecture portfolio globally
- Play a key leadership role in developing and defining our security architecture portfolio and playbooks (Security Architecture reviews, Posture Assessment, Security Architecture design, Security Strategy and blueprint etc.)
- Serve as an internal and external evangelist for our solutions offering for the market, partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product Management/Engineering and key customers.
- Manage, grow and mature Security Architecture consulting, implementation and operations
- team and achieve deep integration with the Inspira solution areas, where industry
- specialists and practice leads will drive the go-to-market strategy for the security offerings
- Oversee and Manage client engagements while building long term relationships
- Build collaborative, high performing team by hiring, coaching, and retaining talents around Security Architecture domain
- Build strategic relationship with other Teams of Inspira.
- Build strategic partnerships with OEMs, System Integrators and Service Providers to
- enhance channel sales
- Evolve the culture within Security to bring the best of Inspira to security opportunities, increasing deal sizes and driving security without talent community borders
- Take accountability for monitoring and tracking offering revenue, working across solution areas and leverage delegation within global/regional security leadership team

**Job Requirement**
- At least 10-15 Years’ experience in Enterprise Security Architecture domain in consulting or Operations. Preferably hands on experience on Enterprise Security Architecture Creation, Reviews and overseeing the transformation initiatives.
- At least 5 years’ experience of sales or presales to support the whole lifecycle (RFI/RFPs/Orals), with experience around best effort pricing models and estimation
- Good knowledge around AWS, Azure and GCP security.
- First-hand experience of handling at least 3 large transformation deals around digital or cloud adoption.
- Good knowledge of Infrastructure Security & Networking concepts and experience on working vendor products from Palo Alto, Checkpoint, TrendMicro, Cisco etc
- Experience with security device installations, configuration and troubleshooting (e.g., firewall, IDS, PKI, Encryption, AV etc.)
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Professional certifications
- (or equivalent) CISSP,CISA, CISM ,TOGAF, SABSA etc
- Certification in Infrastructure Security space (CCSA, Cisco, etc)
