1. Telecaller (Lead Conversion Associate)

Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential leads generated through digital platforms, social media, and campaigns.

Explain company services and offerings clearly and professionally.

Qualify leads based on requirements, project budget, and timelines.

Schedule meetings for the sales team or design consultants with potential clients.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM.

Ensure high conversion of inquiries into appointments.

**Required Skills**:
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

Confident, polite, and persuasive phone manner.

Basic understanding of interiors or real estate industry (preferred).

Good computer and CRM handling skills.

Salary Range: ₹1.5 - ₹4.8 LPA + Incentives (based on performance)
