**Job Description: QC Microbiologist (Fresher)**

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented QC Microbiologist to join our Quality Control team. As a fresher, you will perform microbiological testing and ensure compliance with established quality standards. This role offers an excellent opportunity to kick-start your career in microbiology within the pharmaceutical industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine microbiological testing, including sterility, endotoxin, and microbial limit tests.
- Conduct environmental monitoring of manufacturing areas, including air sampling, surface testing, and personnel monitoring.
- Perform water testing (purified water, water for injection) as per standard protocols.
- Prepare and maintain microbial cultures, media, and reagents as required.
- Document all test results accurately and maintain detailed laboratory records.
- Assist in validation and calibration of laboratory equipment as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor and adhere to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Identify and report deviations or non-conformance during testing and processes.
- Support audits and regulatory inspections by providing documentation and laboratory insights.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of microbiological techniques and aseptic practices.
- Basic knowledge of GLP, GMP, and laboratory safety procedures.
- Excellent observation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new methodologies.

Pay: ₹15,236.94 - ₹39,025.52 per month
