**Job Summary**:
The QC Microbiologist is responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of products through microbiological testing and monitoring microbial activity at various stages of production. This role ensures compliance with regulatory standards, identifies potential contamination risks, and maintains product quality and consistency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sampling and Analysis**: Collect and analyze samples from raw materials, in-process, and finished products using microbiological techniques (plate counting, microbial identification, molecular assays).
- **Quality Control Testing**: Ensure microbial levels meet regulatory specifications and product safety standards.
- **Environmental Monitoring**: Monitor microbial levels in production areas (air, surfaces, water systems) to detect contamination risks.
- **Aseptic Techniques**: Follow aseptic practices during sample collection and analysis to prevent contamination.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**: Interpret test results, document findings, and generate reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
- **Problem-Solving**: Investigate microbial contamination issues, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
- **Process Optimization**: Collaborate with production teams to enhance processes, reduce contamination risks, and improve product quality.
- **Validation and Qualification**: Support the validation of microbiological testing methods and equipment.
- **Compliance Management**: Stay updated on regulations and ensure adherence to GMP and industry standards.
- **Training and Development**: Provide training on microbiological techniques and aseptic practices to QC staff and other personnel.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's Degree in Microbiology or related field.
- Experience in microbiological testing and quality control in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of GMP, regulatory requirements, and environmental monitoring.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
