1**.**To perform the microbial analysis of various water samples, raw materials / packaging materials and finished products
2. To carry out analysis of microbiology stability samples / market complaint samples.
3. To participate in Analytical method transfers, equipment cleaning validation, process validations,
4. To follow the QC SOPs and procedures in strict adherence to cGMP
5. To follow systems and procedures (SOPs) for conducting QC functions as per the requirements.
6. To ensure that all the equipment and instruments are in validated and calibrated state.
7. To follow proper maintenance of media/cultures in the microbiology laboratory.
8. To intimate the deviations, Incidents and OOS results and to take remedial measures.
9. Any other assignment given by higher management
10. To participate in change control process as and when required
11. Calibration of Instruments as per schedule and maintenance of records.
12. Preparation of specifications ,Method of analysis and calculation work sheets for all Raw materials and finished products
13. Preparation of SOPs and GTPs
14. Daily Monitoring of Temperature Records and sampling and collection of environmental samples.
15. Participate On time investigations including raising extensions prior to the due date if required.
16. Maintain General cleanliness of Laboratory
17. Perform of Sub culturing, staining, microbial identification.
18. Handling and maintaining of microbial cultures
19. Preparation and maintenance of reagent solutions
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
