**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations Executive to support our sales team by managing CRM data, generating insights, and optimizing the sales process. This role is essential in maintaining operational excellence and enabling the team to make data-driven decisions that drive revenue growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and audit CRM data (e.g., HubSpot) to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all sales activities.
- Generate and analyse sales reports and dashboards to provide insights into performance, pipeline status, and goal tracking.
- Manage and support sales tools and platforms, such as HubSpot, Google Sheets, and other internal systems, ensuring they are optimized for team productivity.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the sales funnel, pipeline health, conversion rates, and overall team efficiency.
- Understand the end-to-end sales cycle and customer journey to contextualize sales data and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure best practices are followed for data entry, reporting, and pipeline hygiene across the sales organization.

**Qualifications**:

- Any Bachelor’s degree.
- 6 months or more of experience in sales operations, CRM management, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel; familiarity with creating and analysing dashboards.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools, especially HubSpot.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of sales funnels and performance metrics.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
