Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:

- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.

Employee Engagement:

- Foster a positive workplace culture through various engagement initiatives.

Address employee concerns and ensure a conducive working environment.

Performance Management:

- Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and provide support to managers.

Implement performance improvement plans as needed.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Minimum of 0-1 years of progressive experience in HR roles.

Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹14,500.00 - ₹18,500.00 per month
