**Job Summary**: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate clinical psychologist to join our team. As a clinical psychologist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating mental health disorders and emotional disturbances in individuals of all ages. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions, and providing support to clients and their families.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to diagnose mental health disorders and emotional disturbances
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on clients' needs and preferences, utilizing evidence-based practices
- Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions
- Provide crisis intervention and support to clients and their families as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and progress notes
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, social workers, and nurses, to provide comprehensive care to clients
- Stay current on the latest research and developments in the field of clinical psychology
- Participate in ongoing professional development activities, such as workshops and conferences

**Requirements**:

- MSc/ MPhil / PhD in clinical psychology from an accredited institution
- Must have 4 years of minimum experience as Clinical Psychologist.
- Experience conducting comprehensive assessments, developing treatment plans, and conducting therapy sessions
- Familiarity with evidence-based practices for treating mental health disorders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines and standards of practice
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing work demands and client needs
- Knowledge of and commitment to cultural competence and diversity, equity, and inclusion practices

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Trivandrum, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
