Maintaining customer satisfaction: Customer Relationship Specialists continuously monitor customer satisfaction levels and take proactive measures to improve the customer experience. This may involve conducting customer surveys, analyzing feedback, and implementing strategies to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
