**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote simulation products and training services.
- Coordinate with the sales team for **lead generation** and follow-up campaigns.
- Manage content creation for social media posts, blogs, videos, and marketing materials.
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, medical colleges, and healthcare professionals.
- Organize and participate in **medical conferences, exhibitions, and promotional events**.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities.
- Track, analyze, and report marketing performance metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing (preferably in healthcare/medical equipment/education sector).
- Strong knowledge of **digital marketing tools** (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience in healthcare/medical simulation marketing.
- Graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Knowledge of CRM tools and marketing automation software.
