**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions
- Create and present architectural proposals, including drawings, models, and renderings
- Use software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Revit, CAD, ArchiCAD, Grasshopper, NavisWorks, sketch, and 3ds Max to create and modify architectural designs
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications
- Review and approve construction documents and materials
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects

**Experience**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficiency in using software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Revit, CAD, ArchiCAD, Grasshopper, NavisWorks, sketch, and 3ds Max
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Ability to negotiate contracts and manage client relationships
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders
- Experience in leading a team of architects and coordinating with other professionals
