**Key Responsibilities**

**Financial Transactions**:

- Process client payments for décor services, including deposits, installments, and final balances.
- Accurately handle cash, debit card, and electronic transactions using our specialized POS system.
- Generate and provide detailed invoices, receipts, and payment confirmations.

**Client Engagement**:

- Welcome clients warmly in our showroom or during consultations.
- Provide information on our décor packages, customization options, and pricing.
- Assist clients in understanding contracts, payment plans, and schedules.
- Inform clients about special promotions, new design offerings, or complementary services.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain organized records of all client transactions and interactions.
- Reconcile daily sales and prepare financial reports for management.
- Manage and update client databases with accurate billing and contact information.

**Customer Service Excellence**:

- Resolve any billing issues or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Follow up with clients post-event to gather feedback and foster long-term relationships.

**Compliance and Security**:

- Ensure all financial transactions comply with company policies and legal regulations.
- Safeguard sensitive client information with utmost confidentiality.
- Monitor for any discrepancies or irregularities in transactions and report them immediately.

**Qualifications**

**Education**:
UG or PG

**Experience**:
2+ years of cashier or customer service experience, preferably in the wedding, events, or hospitality industry.

**Skills**:

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic accounting software.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
