**Operations executive Job Description**
1. Staff roster management and deployment for the day/week.
2. Staff schedule management in clinical software according to the roster and training/ meeting plans.
3. Stock management and daily/weekly updates for reconciliation to Procurement team.
4. Handling the sales calls of existing clients to bring them back for service redemptions.
5. Handling the Client Interaction & understand the opportunity to generate the revenue from the clients visiting salon for the day.
6. Daily hygiene and cleanliness around the clinic premises
7. Appointment Management coordination to avoid client wait-time and clashes
8. Operations process compliance updates in internal communication groups Daily/weekly.
9. Handling the clinic billing as and patient feedbacks & complaints and recording in internal software.
10. Communicating with upper management & stakeholders to plan and implement strategies to address the identified needs for improvement
11. Monitoring operational performance of both internal and external service providers.
12. Monitoring facility condition and environmental performance
13. Ensure timely completion of all planned work schedules.
14. Prepare and maintain patient records as per standards required by the Company and patient
15. Respond to user’s request promptly and update when it’s completed, escalate to Manager when necessary.
16. Perform /Assist all relevant duties as and when assigned by the Superior
17. Ensure that required administrative tasks and daily operational support are performed to support assigned task, services or programmes.
Work location: - Chembur, Mumbai
Preferred experience from cosmetologist background
Communication should be good
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Chembur, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Cosmetology: 1 year (preferred)
