**Job Title**: Merchandiser (Kidsware)

**Job Overview**: As a Merchandiser for Kidsware, you will be responsible for planning and executing product strategies for a range of children's clothing and accessories. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our products meet the demands of our customers, while also achieving sales and profitability targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement merchandise plans that align with company goals and objectives
- Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify potential opportunities and risks
- Work closely with design and production teams to ensure timely and accurate product development and delivery
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute effective promotions and campaigns
- Manage inventory levels to optimize stock availability and minimize stock-outs and excess inventory
- Analyze sales data and market feedback to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to product offerings
- Monitor and manage pricing and margin to achieve financial targets and Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and high-quality products
- Attend trade shows and other industry events to stay up-to-date on trends and network with industry professionals

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in fashion designing, or related field and should be from National Institute of Fashion designer
- 4+ years of experience in merchandising, preferably in the Kidsware industry
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with merchandise planning and forecasting tools
- Passion for the Kidsware industry and a keen eye for style and trends
