**Responsibilities**:

- **Test Planning**: Assist in the creation of test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements and specifications.
- **Defect Tracking**: Log and track defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
- **Documentation**: Document test results and provide clear and concise feedback to the development team.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure quality.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay updated with the latest testing tools, techniques, and best practices to continuously improve the testing process.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Training or internship experience in software testing.
- **Skills**:

- Basic understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) and defect tracking systems.
- Knowledge of automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP) is a plus.
- **Attributes**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Enthusiasm for learning and improving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
