**Open Position: QA Tester**

Location: Indore, Work From Office

Experience Level: Mid-Level (1 to 2 years)

Education: B.Tech in Computer Science or related field

Compensation: CTC Depends on the interview

**Role Requirements**:

- Experience: 1 to 2 years of professional experience in QA testing

Technical Skills:

- Knowledge of all the testing terminologies
- Test Case Creation and Execution
- Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools
- **Soft Skills**:

- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Designing, developing, and executing test plans and test cases: Create comprehensive

test plans and cases that cover all aspects of the software, ensuring thorough testing.
- Identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs: Utilize bug tracking tools to record

issues, communicate them to developers, and track their resolution.
- Collaborating with developers to ensure quality throughout the software

development lifecycle: Work closely with the development team to understand the

product, provide feedback, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software as per BRS

documentation.
- Conducting manual testing: Perform manual testing to identify bugs, usability issues,

and ensure the software meets the requirements.

- Proven work experience in QA testing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle issues
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
