As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually compelling designs for various projects within the F&B and Fashion industries. You will collaborate closely with our clients to understand their branding and marketing objectives, and translate them into engaging and effective design solutions. Your creativity, attention to detail, and understanding of industry trends will be key in delivering high-quality designs that resonate with our clients and their target audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Conceptualization and Design**:

- Develop creative concepts and design solutions for a wide range of projects, including branding, marketing collateral, packaging, advertisements, and digital assets.
- Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Adapt designs for various platforms and formats, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across different channels.

**Industry Expertise**:

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the F&B and Fashion industries, including current trends, consumer preferences, and design aesthetics.
- Leverage industry knowledge to create designs that resonate with target audiences and effectively communicate brand messages.

**Portfolio Development**:

- Build and maintain a diverse portfolio showcasing your best work in the F&B and Fashion industries.
- Continuously update and refine your portfolio with new projects and designs that demonstrate your skills and expertise.

**Client Collaboration**:

- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their design needs, preferences, and objectives.
- Present design concepts and proposals to clients, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed to ensure client satisfaction.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure all designs meet high standards of quality, accuracy, and creativity.
- Conduct thorough reviews and quality checks to ensure designs are error-free and ready for production.

**Industry Networking**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices within the F&B and Fashion industries.
- Attend industry events, workshops, and networking opportunities to expand your knowledge and connections within the industry.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing work in the F&B and Fashion industries.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
- Excellent design skills, including typography, layout, color theory, and composition.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and ideas effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Passion for creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
