We are seeking a talented **Graphic Designer & Social Media Expert** to help us enhance our online presence, create visually compelling content, and engage with our audience across various platforms. This hybrid role requires both graphic design skills and a deep understanding of social media strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Graphic Design:_
- Create visually appealing designs for a variety of marketing materials, including social media posts, brochures, presentations, banners, and digital advertisements.
- Develop and maintain brand identity, ensuring consistency across all visual assets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design ideas for campaigns and initiatives.
- Social Media Management:_
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Create and schedule content for daily posts, stories, and ads on social media platforms.
- Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize strategies and content performance.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build a positive online community.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging across all digital channels.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Expertise in social media management and content creation across various platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, etc.) and ability to derive insights for improvement.
- Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing practices.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- A passion for creativity and staying up-to-date with design and social media trends.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in video editing and animation.
- Knowledge of paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
- Background in healthcare or social welfare marketing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
