**Lab Management & Supervision**:

- Lead the foundry lab team and assign daily tasks.
- Maintain lab cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure calibration and maintenance of lab instruments.
- **Metallurgical Testing**:

- Perform and supervise chemical analysis of raw materials and castings (e.g., spectrometer testing).
- Conduct microstructure analysis, hardness testing, and sand testing.
- **Quality Assurance Support**:

- Provide metallurgical data for process improvement and rejection analysis.
- Ensure castings meet the required material specifications and customer standards.
- Assist in preparation and review of inspection reports and test certificates.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain records of all tests and calibrations as per ISO/TS standards.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly lab reports.
- Support audits by maintaining traceability and proper documentation.
- **New Material & Process Development**:

- Participate in R&D trials for new materials or process modifications.
- Validate chemical and mechanical properties of trial samples.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
