The delivery personnel is responsible for ensuring the accurate, safe, and timely transportation of goods or packages to customers or designated locations. They play a key role in providing a seamless customer experience through professional interactions and reliable service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Safely transport packages or goods from warehouses, restaurants, or stores to customers’ locations.
- Verify delivery details, including addresses and special instructions.
- Handle packages with care, ensuring items are not damaged during transit.
- Obtain signatures or payments, if required, and provide delivery confirmation.
- Follow company protocols for handling returns or failed deliveries.
- Adhere to traffic regulations and maintain vehicle safety.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers.
- Assist in loading and unloading goods as necessary.
- Keep accurate records of deliveries and report any issues or delays.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license (if applicable for motorized delivery).
- Good time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and carrying packages.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with GPS or other navigation tools.

**Working Conditions**:

- May involve working outdoors and dealing with varying weather conditions.
- Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, may be required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
