Key Responsibilities:

- **Project Management**:

- Oversee and coordinate construction projects from start to finish.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Manage and coordinate the activities of construction workers, subcontractors, and other personnel involved in construction projects.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or delays.
- Communicate project progress to senior management and clients.
- **Supervision and Leadership**:

- Supervise and manage construction workers, subcontractors, and other on-site staff.
- Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities.
- Provide guidance and direction to the construction team.
- Motivate and encourage workers to achieve project goals.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and identify potential issues.
- **Safety Management**:

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols.
- Identify and assess potential safety hazards on the construction site.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and meetings.
- Ensure all workers are properly trained and equipped for safety.
- **Communication and Coordination**:

- Liaise with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.
- Communicate project updates and changes to the construction team and senior management.
- Resolve conflicts and address concerns promptly.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect work to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications.
- Identify and address any quality issues or defects.
- Ensure that all materials and equipment used on the site are of the required quality.
- **Other Responsibilities**:

- Manage orders and deliveries of construction materials.
- Organize staff work schedules.
- Prepare site reports and documentation.
- Attend site management meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of worker time and payroll.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
