**Job Title: Administration Assistant**
**Location**: Remote (Full-Time)
**Salary**: ₹18,000 INR per month
**About Us**:
Carhoc Limited is a growing used car dealership in Ireland committed to delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our team and support our sales and operations functions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to sales and operations staff.
- Book appointments and manage scheduling.
- Manage and update the company website.
- Record day-to-day company expenses and assist with financial tracking.
- Perform bank reconciliations and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Attend meetings and other regular admin jobs.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Recent administrative experience is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree is desirable.
**Desired Skills & Attributes**:
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Organized, with excellent time management skills.
