We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Executive to support our inventory management efforts and ensure the smooth functioning of our inventory processes within our Odoo ERP system.

**Position: Inventory Executive**

**Location: Faridabad**

**Job Summary**:
As an Inventory Executive at Ajay Goel Textiles Private Limited, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day inventory operations. Your role will involve working closely with the Inventory Manager and other cross-functional teams to maintain accurate inventory records, manage stock levels, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our inventory management processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Inventory Tracking and Management**:

- Regularly update and maintain inventory records in the Odoo ERP system, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Assist in monitoring stock levels, reorder points, and safety stock to facilitate timely replenishment and minimize stockouts.

**2. Order Processing**:

- Collaborate with the sales team to process customer orders and ensure accurate product availability for fulfillment.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to manage the picking, packing, and shipping of orders.

**3. Data Entry and Analysis**:

- Enter inventory data, including receipts, adjustments, and transfers, into the ERP system accurately and promptly.
- Assist in generating and analyzing inventory reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.

**4. Stock Reconciliation**:

- Participate in periodic physical inventory counts and cycle counting activities to verify system accuracy and reconcile discrepancies.

**5. Supplier Communication**:

- Communicate with suppliers regarding order status, lead times, and delivery schedules to ensure timely replenishment of inventory.

**6. Documentation and Record Keeping**:

- Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation related to inventory transactions, purchase orders, and invoices.

**7. Process Compliance**:

- Adhere to established inventory management procedures and contribute ideas for process improvements.

**8. Collaboration and Support**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, sales, and warehouse, to facilitate efficient inventory operations.
- Provide support to the Inventory Manager and assist in other inventory-related tasks as needed.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 2 years of relevant experience in inventory management or related roles.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software, preferably Odoo ERP or similar systems.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and suppliers.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and contribute to process improvements.
- Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
- Basic understanding of inventory control principles and best practices.
