Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies for real estate projects.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate property-related events including open houses, client appreciation events, community outreach, and project launches.
- Liaise with vendors, venues, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.
- Manage event logistics including invitations, catering, signage, promotional materials, setup, and post-event follow-ups.
- Create and maintain event schedules, budgets, and reports.
- Support the creation of marketing collateral, digital content, and presentation materials.
- Assist with social media planning and execution to promote events and real estate listings.
- Maintain and update customer databases, contact lists, and CRM tools.
- Track marketing metrics and assist in reporting on campaign effectiveness and event ROI.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing support, with a strong background in event planning and coordination.
- Experience in the real estate industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and marketing tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, or CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work on-site during events (may include evenings or weekends as needed).

Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiarity with local real estate markets and industry trends.
- Basic graphic design skills and experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Experience with social media marketing and content creation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
