Authorities Major Responsibilities Method of Discharging Responsibilities Remedies in case of Failure 1. To look after production & productivity of his areas Direct To discuss immediately with Chief Executive (works) 2. To place store indent related to production items of his areas and to use judiciously about utilization of these. 3. To attain & sustain quality control parameters of his area. a) Direct b) Indirect-through corrective actions suggested by S.Q.C. To discuss with chief engineer/Maintenance Incharge about machinery problems 4. Job & shift reallocation of staff reporting to him 3. To adhere to & maintain hands complements of his area. a) Direct b) Indirect-through Personnel Manager/LWO 4. Can take necessary actions against low producers. 4. To solve labour problems, disputes etc on the floor for his areas. a) Direct b) Indirect-through Personnel Manager/LWO To bring into the knowledge of CE(W) / GM 5. To take accountability from the staff reporting to him about their responsibilities and non-confirmations. 5. To follow up routine maintenance of the machinery & equipment in his area. Indirect in co-ordination with maintenance staff To bring into the knowledge of CE(W) / GM 6. To follow effectively the system of sales order,weaving & beaming planning a) through co.ordination with finishing I/C or Manager To bring into the knowledge of CE(W) / GM 7. Coordination will mill manager mill side for yarn requirement,quality problems etc. Direct To bring into the knowledge of CE(W) / GM 8. To monitor the job of his assistant responsible for waste & Quality control. Direct To bring into the knowledge of CE(W) / GM Job Requirement as Perceived by Management: 1. Must know standard quality parameters of fabrics, bags etc. and also the acceptance criteria of BIS of finished products. 2. To ensure quality assurance of finished products. 3. To reduce quantity of joint bags, loose stocks on floor and thread wastage. 4. To ensure on time delivery of finished products as per buyers specification.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
