As a Field Officer at Kotak Mahindra Bank Customer Service Point (CSP), you will be responsible for efficiently managing field operations and ensuring the delivery of exceptional banking services. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to foster positive customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Conduct field visits to interact with customers, address their queries, and provide information about Kotak Mahindra Bank's products and services. Account Services: Facilitate account opening, account updates, and various banking transactions while ensuring adherence to Kotak Mahindra Bank's operational standards. KYC Compliance: Thoroughly verify customer KYC documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies. Cross-selling: Identify opportunities for cross-selling banking products and services to enhance the customer relationship and contribute to business growth. Issue Resolution: Handle and resolve customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience and maintaining the bank's reputation. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and other relevant documentation. Prepare and submit reports as required by the bank. Training and Support: Provide support and training to CSP staff on banking processes, product knowledge, and customer service best practices.
