As the T&I Proposals Co-Ordinator, I provide support to work winning activities and iniatitives by driving and implementing the prospect to project process. Key aspects of my role include:

- Being a champion of our Ways of Working, taking a lead on training sessions to instil best practices across the Business Units
- Have a thorough understanding of the services offered by the Business Units, their Strategies and Targets, to help to identify Clients and Opportunities.
- Assist with the production and arrangement to supply client requested documentation within defined timeframes.
- Supporting through the ‘End Game’ process and Prospect to Project Handover, working alongside Prospect Leaders and Project Managers on the transfer of project knowledge and approach where appropriate.
- Building relationships with Client procurement departments to be able to plan and position WSP for tenders
- Supporting the delivery of prospects and assisting in post-submission activities to help convert them to projects
- To drive continuous improvements in the development of prospect documentation across the team
- Chairing Business Unit calls and ensuring that prospects undergo the right levels of Governance (Go / No Go and Sign-off)
- Facilitating Business Unit specific Prospect Data Collection, Reporting and Analysis to help drive key decision

Work alongside Work Winning Lead and Client Directors across the Business Units to develop and review BU’s prospect portfolios.
- I have a detailed understanding of each Business Units offering - Regional and Global capabilities and expertise.
- I have a focus on Quality in everything we deliver.
- I drive Knowledge Sharing through my day to day activities, helping provide visibility across the team and Business Units.
- I am an experienced Bid Professional with relevant qualifications.
- I am able to competently deliver multiple prospects and assignments at any given time.
- I am an experienced Work Winning Partner with relevant qualifications.
- I am abloe to work with InDesign or prepare graphics for proposals and presentation.
- I am well-versed in our Ways of Working and able to clearly communicate them throughout the Business Units.
- I am able to vocalise and suggest alternative approaches to the development of proposals.
